(5) The equipment debugging situation and test results must be recorded in detail as engineering data for easy reference and maintenance.

1.5 Main Construction Methods
Quality control of key construction areas
(1) Establish an on-site quality management system with the project manager as the team leader and the deputy project manager as the deputy team leader. Establish the concept of quality first and serving users, and guide all work with the enterprise quality management procedure documents.
(2) To ensure that the project meets high-quality standards, a project quality inspection certificate audit outline has been developed. The outline determines the engineering control projects, the main control points, the work basis and standards, and the main controllers of each project. All work is standardized and responsibilities are assigned to individuals to ensure the achievement of the quality objectives of this project.
(3) After entering the site, the first step is to conduct a thorough on-site investigation and verify the drawings against the actual situation. Recheck the elevation, recheck the axis, set up vertical and horizontal controls, carry out demolition and renovation work, and comprehensively understand and grasp the on-site situation of the project. After each process is completed, internal inspection and acceptance should be carried out. Only after passing the inspection can the next process be carried out.
(4) During the construction process, strictly follow the construction drawings to develop the construction process flow, and carry out on-site construction according to the construction process standards. Each process should implement a three check system of self inspection, mutual inspection, and handover inspection, and promptly and truthfully record various inspection results.
(5) The laying of pipelines on the stage and ceiling should be arranged neatly according to the branch lines, and each circuit should be marked with signs.
(6) The installation of the socket box should be firm, in accordance with the requirements of the drawings, with proper grounding protection. Temporary power distribution should comply with electrical standards to avoid accidents.
(7) The separate boxes on the ceiling are securely installed, easy to operate, and labeled with the names of the control circuit and lighting fixtures.

1.6 Transportation and installation of stage lighting system equipment

1.6.1 Transportation of equipment and materials
To ensure that the equipment is in good condition during the secondary transportation process, electrical and mechanical performance checks should be carried out immediately after the equipment is opened for inspection. At the same time, the equipment packing list, certificate of conformity, equipment drawings, and other relevant technical documents should be checked to verify the equipment model, specifications, joint parts, components, accessory materials, and special tools. After passing the inspection, the packaging should be restored before transportation to avoid damage to the equipment casing and performance.

1.6.2 Installation of Power Supply
Qualified voltage and marking
 Electrical equipment with AC voltage exceeding 25V effective value or DC voltage without pulsation at 60V (including disassembled modules, exposed telephone heads or sockets, and areas without removed protective covers) must not be exposed and touched under normal conditions. A warning label indicating the current voltage should be affixed to the protective cover of electrical equipment.
Shielding of live parts
 The casing of electrical components or devices with AC voltage exceeding 50V effective value or DC voltage without pulsation at 120V shall be safely shielded due to insulation or grounding. Dismantling a single cover or shield requires the use of tools to prevent accidental contact, and both covers and shields should be labeled.

 Mixed use electricity
 In electrical cabinets or components containing controllers, computers, audio, or similar low voltage signals, when there is an AC voltage exceeding 110V RMS or a DC voltage without pulsation of 150V, there should be clear warning signs for the highest voltage on all removable boards.
 Multiple power sources
 When the device has two or more power sources, each power source should be separated and equipped with a light or electrical locking device. Do not supply power to the same device simultaneously.
 grounding
 All steel structural components, lighting equipment, audio equipment, operating consoles, electrical cabinets, metal enclosures, metal pipes, and equipment parts should be effectively grounded and comply with relevant standards.
 Handheld devices
 Specialized handheld or portable devices should be double grounded whenever the AC voltage exceeds 25V RMS or the DC voltage is 60V without pulsation, and there is no double insulation.
 power isolation
 If the power supply of electrical equipment is non safe voltage, a locally switchable switch (or circuit breaker) that can cut off the power supply should be installed on or near the electrical equipment to ensure the safety of maintenance. If it is a remote control device, a locally lockable switch (or circuit breaker) should be installed on or near the device. The power isolation device should be marked to prevent errors when isolating equipment:
 Power on indication
 All electrical cabinets containing electrical components or devices with operating voltages of 380VAC/220VAC must be equipped with large power on indicators, which should be prominently located and close to eye level. When using three-phase power supply, a separate indicator should be set for each corresponding device.
 Voltage protection
 The power supply or driving device should have a phase monitoring device. Electrical equipment should have protection against phase loss, undervoltage, and overvoltage.

1.6.3 Installation of cables, pipes, boxes, and connectors
 Installation of cable tray
 Determine the route direction → pre open through wall holes → install and embed brackets → measure and cut materials → lay cable trays → lay cable trays → fix tray covers → install socket boxes (terminal boxes) → fix the socket boxes (terminal boxes) according to relevant standards, fix the cable trays, and lay the cables and signal lines.
 According to the design requirements, determine the installation position of the cable tray, and then assemble the tray. The assembled tray should be straight, with a horizontal error of no more than 5mm and a centerline deviation of no more than 5mm. The installation should be firm, with complete accessories and all bolts tightened. When the installation height of the cable tray exceeds 1.5 meters, scaffolding should be erected. After the installation of the cable tray, the cables can be laid. According to the design requirements, plan the placement and arrangement of cables on the cable tray, and scaffolding should be erected. Cable tray laying is generally carried out at high altitude, and special attention should be paid to construction safety. Human resources should be organized well, division of labor should be clarified, mutual cooperation should be carried out, and unified command should be followed. The scaffold should be firmly erected, fastened with fasteners, and equipped with railings to prevent personnel from falling.
 Cable laying should comply with the national construction technology standard SBCQB-01006-2003 for building electrical engineering
 Electromagnetic interference should be minimized during cable laying.
 When using cable hoses, their length cannot exceed 1 meter.
 Suspension or drooping flexible cables used for power or control circuits should be equipped with stress relief center core wires, which should be clamped at both ends to relieve wire stress.
 The length of the wires should be appropriate, and the remaining cables should be coiled on cable reels or placed inside the equipment and firmly secured.
 The core wires of multi-core and shielded cables used in power or control circuits should be easily identifiable by their numbers. Color codes are only allowed for cables with less than 25 cores. It is not allowed to use cable laying form or sequence to identify the number of cable cores.
 Identification: The cable numbers at both ends of each power and control cable should be the same and permanently marked with a unique number. The cable number should be indicated on the wiring diagram.
 Margin: The wire reel should be able to accommodate a sufficient length of cable to meet the requirements of the total equipment travel, including the travel required to the maintenance location.
 All cable entry equipment, including wire reels and wire slip rings, should have appropriate entry connectors for cable replacement.
(1) The system cables are installed in metal cable trays, and cables installed vertically in cable trays must be fixed with U-shaped clamps.
(2) It must be noted that these lines are in an intersecting state, rather than being installed parallel to other signal lines. If it cannot be avoided, protective measures must be taken; The wiring of the connection frame, dimmer, and direct power socket consists of a single cable, and the length of each cable is based on the quantified results of the on-site survey.
1.7 Installation of Lighting Equipment

1.7.1 Installation process of dimming cabinet
Open the box and unpack → Check the appearance and spare parts → Tighten the cabinet to the base with bolts → Guide the output and input cables into the cabinet through the floor trough → Connect the circuit according to the system diagram → Power on for trial operation (no-load) → Gradually add load for trial operation
